Founder & Owner
Kathy Lee kinda stumbled into the mortgage world, pulling together all the skills and bits of knowledge she picked up along the way. Back when she was a personal banker, she hit it off with a client who was in real estate and got the nudge to explore the mortgage scene. Then got her hands into everything from loan processing to marketing and business development. Coming from a military family, she’s all about tackling problems head-on. When people ask her what she does, she says, “I solve problems.”
Kathy Lee’s crafted a business style that’s as empathetic as it is effective. She treats every client like gold, tackling each challenge with determination, all while keeping their best interests at heart. Careers
Our ideal team member will have at least 3 years of mortgage loan assistant or loan processing experience in the broker channel, a can-do attitude, and a proven track record of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. As the LO Assistant or Loan Processor on a mission-driven team, you play a vital role in the loan file management of your team’s pipeline. You will be managing paperwork, regularly interacting with borrowers, and referral partners.
Your attention to detail as well as your comfort with numbers and technology are absolutely critical to your success in this role. You will support the loan officer by ensuring that all loans are followed up on in a timely manner, and all pre-approval supporting documents or underwriting conditions are gathered and promptly reviewed and cleared for timely closings. Not only do you have an extremely keen eye for detail, you are a strong and effective communicator, both written and verbal, as you will be distilling important information quickly and accurately to borrowers, referral partners, and the internal team alike.
