Simply submit a request for LO Assistance in the GnG portal, and we’ll assign your loan to one of our LO Assistants. They’ll be added to your ARIVE file and get started right away.

File Management
You’ll perform a warm handoff to introduce your new team member to the borrower. From there, we’ll take the reins, ensuring every aspect of the file is managed with precision and care.

Comprehensive Debrief
Once the LO Assistance service is complete, we’ll provide you with a detailed Pre-Approval Debrief, outlining all the work done and ensuring you have everything you need to move forward confidently.
